Is the coaching fully online?

Yes, all sessions are held online, so you can access support from anywhere at a time that suits you.

How much does it cost?

Prices start from just £99 for a single session, with package options available for ongoing support. You can choose a plan that works best for your needs.

My support may also be available through funded health, wellbeing and employability programmes as well as employee assistance programmes.

I have experience delivering menopause wellbeing support through funded referral pathways and am happy to discuss flexible approaches based on your needs and the available budget.

How long is each session?

Most sessions last an hour.

What if I’m unsure if this is right for me?

What if I don’t feel ready to commit to a package?

That’s fine! You can start with a single session to see how it works for you before committing to a longer-term package.
