SUPPORTING YOUR STAFF THROUGH THE MENOPAUSE
The Impact of Menopause on the Workplace

Menopausal women are the fastest-growing demographic in the UK workforce today.
13 million women in the UK are currently in perimenopause or menopause.
50% of those women don’t get any medical care at all.
25% consider leaving the workforce and 10% actually do leave.
Providing support and information in the workplace is fundamental to retain talent AND attract new talent and drive the diversity agenda.
MY MENOPAUSE MISSION
I believe that every woman should have the support and tools to not only perform their
best at work – but to move towards optimal health, wellbeing and fulfilment in their life.
Menopause is a shared responsibility, and it's essential that managers and colleagues
create a supportive environment.
I provide women with a safe space to explore practical solutions with empathy and guidance. My goal is to ensure that the menopause is no longer a silent struggle but a topic that is openly addressed, where everyone is involved in understanding and care.
Providing Menopause Support in the Workplace
Menopause can have a significant impact on confidence, concentration, wellbeing and performance at work.
Many women find themselves struggling with symptoms such as anxiety, brain fog, overwhelm, fatigue and loss of confidence, often without understanding why.
I provide confidential one-to-one menopause wellbeing coaching for employees who would benefit from dedicated support during this stage of life.
Sessions provide a safe, supportive space to explore symptoms, understand available options and identify practical, manageable steps to improve wellbeing and confidence.

Flexible Funding Options
Support can be arranged directly by employers as part of their wellbeing offering, or through funded health, wellbeing and employability programmes where appropriate.
I have experience delivering menopause wellbeing support through funded referral pathways and am happy to discuss flexible approaches based on the needs of the individual and the available budget.
